FedEx übernimmt FedEx-DTW Joint Vernture



FedEx hat das mit dem chinesischen Expressdienstleister Tianjin Datian W. Group Co., Ltd. gegründete Joint Venture FedEx-DTW International Priority nun zu 100% übernommen.

FedEx hat  den dazu nötogen 50% Anteil von DTW für 400 Mio. US$ übernommen und hat somit Zugang zum nationalen DTW-Expressnetz in China gesichert.
